During operation, high-voltage circuit breakers often experience faults such as failure to operate, unintended operation, and degradation of characteristics due to the operating mechanism or transmission system. For users, monitoring the mechanical characteristics of important, frequently operated, and end-of-life circuit breakers is a necessary means to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.
By installing energy storage motor current transformers, secondary side current transformers, opening and closing coil current transformers, travel sensors, front-end acquisition devices, and monitoring hosts on the circuit breaker side, the system can monitor the operational status of the equipment. The upper-level computer software processes the monitored data through calculation and analysis, and generates trend curves of characteristic parameters. This enables users to accurately predict the operational trends of circuit breakers and take measures, thereby reducing the downtime caused by faults. Meanwhile, the product can meet the users' demand to upload the analysis results to the backend for display.
