Solution Overview

The electrical operation safety management and control integrated system is developed by CYG CONTRON. Aiming at the actual characteristics, as well as safety, efficiency and management requirements of relevant production operations in petrochemical - related enterprises, including electrical and process production operations, management of office doors and passage fence doors, anti–misoperation of substation equipment, anti–misoperation of process device processes, anti–misoperation in confined spaces, anti–misoperation of energy isolation, and patrol management of the whole station, etc. By equipping a comprehensive intelligent safety management and control system and combining technical measures with relevant management measures, it effectively prevents various safety accidents such as misoperations, maintenance accidents, and management–liability accidents, and effectively improves operation efficiency and management levels.

Technical Highlights

The system covers the safety management and control requirements of different operation scenarios, characteristics, and management models of electrical equipment and process devices, achieving all -around safety management and control of production operations in petrochemical enterprises.

The management and control platform consists of six major business modules: electrical anti-misoperation, process anti- misoperation, process lock control, auxiliary monitoring, online monitoring, and intelligent operation and maintenance.

Each subsystem of the management and control platform can operate independently. When a fault occurs in a certain subsystem, it will not affect other subsystems. Enterprises can select the subsystems on the management and control platform according to their needs.

It adopts an open, safe and reliable interface, which can be seamlessly connected with other relevant enterprise systems, such as the Manufacturing Information System (MIS), Distributed Control System (DCS), and the "Industrial Internet + Hazardous Chemicals Safety Production" management and control platform.
