Traditional SF6 gas leak detectors can qualitatively and quantitatively measure gas leakage but struggle to quickly, simply, and accurately pinpoint leak locations. Typically, they first identify a leakage area before gradually narrowing down the search, rather than directly locating the leak point. Compared to other detection methods, optical gas imaging technology offers a significant advantage by enabling rapid leak localization without interrupting industrial processes, demonstrating clear superiority. The system primarily consists of an adjustable and rotatable optical imaging pan-tilt, a monitoring pole (with a power distribution box), a network switch, an NVR (Network Video Recorder), and a display.
