FY2000 Microcomputer Anti-misoperation Locking System is a mature and reliable solution for electrical anti-misoperation operations, consisting of a host unit, communication links, operation units, and locking units. The system constructs a five-prevention rule library through software, solidifying anti-misoperation logic (such as preventing incorrect opening and closing of circuit breakers, hanging grounding wires on live circuits, etc.). Combined with locking devices, it enforces mandatory locking on equipment operation points and dynamically verifies operation sequences through intelligent computer keys. It supports anti-misoperation management at multiple levels, including station control level (entire station logic), bay level (equipment level), and process level (execution end). This ensures that switching operations are strictly carried out according to safety procedures. Widely used in power plants and substations, it effectively eliminates the risk of electrical misoperations.

The FY2000 Microcomputer Anti-misoperation Locking System achieves intelligent judgment and locking management of electrical operations through pre–written wiring diagrams of the primary electrical system and operation rules. The FY2000 system, based on a computer core and software technology, recreates the locking logic and rules of anti-misoperation business as a five-prevention rule library. This ensures that switching operations can only be executed in the correct sequence.

In the operation process, the system realizes the forced lockout through the intelligent anti-misoperation recognition and operation management of computer key, which effectively prevents misoperation.
