By detecting and analyzing the gas content in insulating oil, the system can promptly detect and diagnose internal transformer faults, continuously monitor equipment operation, and compensate for the long detection cycle of laboratory chromatographic analysis. The transformer oil dissolved gas online monitoring system (multi-component principle) is an online monitoring product for dissolved multi-component gases in transformer oil based on gas chromatography technology. The system can online detect the content of all components of gases dissolved in transformer oil, such as H2, CO, CO2, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, and C2H6, at a determined cycle. It also uses an expert system to determine the presence of latent faults, whether they are thermal or discharge faults, and triggers audio-visual alarms based on preset alarm values.
