The metal proximity double confirmation sensing system is mainly used for auxiliary judgment of the position of disconnect switches in one-click sequential control operations in substations with voltage levels ranging from 35kV to 1000kV. System consists of metal proximity sensors and receiving devices. Sensors are typically installed at the end of the disconnect switch transmission mechanism. The induction component within the sensor can detect metal parts of the disconnect switch transmission mechanism or additional metal detection accessories to determine the open and closed positions of the disconnect switch and output signals. Receiving devices have accurate detection and output functions for open and closed positions, supporting hard-wired and protocol-based output of position signals to station-end automation devices. It comes in two types: single disconnect switch and multiple disconnect switches, to meet the needs of different application scenarios. The system adapts to different scenarios and different types of disconnect switches through diversified solutions, providing an accurate and reliable second criterion for the disconnect switches position in one-click sequential control.
